I had an awful experience with Evri Delivery. They lost my item and then completely refused to take responsibility for it. When I contacted them, their response was unhelpful and rude. They basically told me to sort it out with the seller and washed their hands of the issue — even after admitting they lost the package!
This level of customer service is unacceptable. I do not recommend Ever Delivery to anyone. If something goes wrong, don’t expect them to help or care. Avoid this company at all costs.
