Failed to collect a "paid for" collection on a return to Bon Marche but they have ignored all my online chats and telephone calls ever since.
No way to speak to a human.
Always told it is being looked into but then nothing happens. Nothing.
Soon, Bon Marche returns period clises & we will also be out cost of those goods!!

“Evri are so very very slow deliveries, and half the time they don't turn up. It used to be Hermes which was also very slow or not at all. So they've changed the name but the service is still the same if now worse. From now on I will check who's delivering and if it's Evri I won't order from that company. Terrible service.”
“If I could give zero stars I would. Parcel was too big for the letterbox but jammed in anyway, breaking my letterbox. I will avoid Evri as much as possible now. I'd rather pay more for a product where I know that the courier is definitely not Evri.”
“Evri are shocking. I have one reliable lady who delivers and is very efficient but when she is off all hell breaks loose. Items are thrown over the fence even though we are in the garden. Countless items broken or damaged and deliveries are never on time and they keep emailing with delivery slots that never happen. If it’s not delivered for some lame excuse then tge odds are it will be broken.”
“Delivered a package ordered through Amazon by throwing it over the back garden wall from the rear service lane where it landed on the rubbish bin! The front door was open and so package could easily have been left in the front porch. The delivery person then reported to you that the package had been left near the back door/in back porch!”
“Two broken deliveries, two missed pickups, zero reliability
My experience with Evri has been absolutely awful.
They delivered two separate tables — both broken. The second one even arrived with ripped packaging, which speaks volumes about how items are handled.
After the first broken delivery, I requested a return. Evri failed to show up for the pickup — not once, but twice. Both times, I wasted hours waiting for a courier who never arrived. To make things worse, they marked both missed pickups as “We've got it.”
The replacement table? It didn’t arrive on the expected day either. I waited for hours — nothing.
I don’t know who’s responsible for the broken items, but the inconsistent, careless service from Evri made everything ten times more stressful. I’ve never had such a frustrating experience with a delivery company before.”
“AVOID EVRI FOR INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
This marks the sixth parcel that Evri has failed to deliver.
Once again, it was returned due to a so-called “label error.” Your customer service is non-existent, and the overall experience has been extremely disappointing. I truly regret switching to your services—ironically, it’s turning out to be more expensive and far less reliable than simply using Royal Mail.
A word of advice: avoid Evri for international deliveries.

“I’m giving it one star because I have to in order to leave a comment. I regret not reading the comments before choosing Evri services.
Ordered something online on 7th April and chose Evri over Royal Mail. Delivery expected on 9th. Today is 11th and I’m still waiting. Needed item before midday today as I’m travelling. It’s gone midday now. I’m so angry 😡 as the item will have no use to me now and I won’t be around to return it.”

They claim to have delivered my package today at 13:56, saying it was left in my letterbox. I got home at 14:20 and surprise, surprise — absolutely NOTHING there.
No parcel. No knock. No note. And guess what? None of my neighbours saw anything either.
Yet they have the nerve to mark it as “delivered” with proof. How is this acceptable? This keeps happening and people just have to accept it? We pay for delivery, not for our stuff to go missing!
Sort it out, Evri — this is beyond a joke.”
“Hi I have been getting lies about attempted delivery I have been consistently contacting via email and trying to speak to a human is impossible, disgusting customer service zero,this is now day 5 and no further action or contact from them.”
“I use EVRI to send items sold on Ebay the last three items sent were badly damaged despite being wrapped in bubble wrap, cardboard & lots of FRAGILE handle with care tape! Luckily I use the EBAY simple delivery system but I still have to initally deal with annoyed buyer's, frustrating myself & the buyer. EBAY then sort it out at no loss to me or the buyer, but the buyer does'nt get what he wanted thus making the whole process a pointless waste of peoples time, money & effort, not to mention the pointless use of fuel & materials adding to the worlds carbon footprint.”
