“Yet another disappointing and fruitless experience with Evri , who on three consecutive days failed to deliver my parcel despite posting photos of the end of my driveway on their website. All the delivery driver needed to do was walk a few steps up my driveway to deposit the parcel in my porch ad per my preference.
I’m not sure how much easier it could have been, so why FAIL THREE TIMES

“Evri doesn't even deserve 1 star. I've lost so much money because of Evri. Once my package is being delivered by Evri for some reason it goes missing. Something needs to be done. Evri is too unreliable.”

“There are no words in the English language that adequately describe how poor Evri's delivery performance in North Cumbria is. All my recent Evri deliveries have been between two and six days beyond the expected delivery date given by the supplier for the service they bought. No other delivery company comes close to such a poor performance to here with several well-known ones being exemplary.
Evri seem to be very good at getting the parcel to their "Delivery Office" on time, but there it stays for days and days with no attempt being made to deliver it. Their tracking system gives up at this point with a standard "We're sorry, your parcel has been delayed. We're working to get it on its way on the next working day......." Like hell they are!
It is pointless contacting their robotic chat system as it makes no difference.
I now refuse to repeat buy anything from any supplier unless they can guarantee they will use any other delivery company than Evri. This includes many previously good Ebay sellers but lots of larger companies fail too.”
“They love to ring the door bell and run. The will first take a photo then ring and walk away. They don't even have the parcel in them. The photo that is uploaded proves this as there is no photo in the picture. This has literally happened on 6 occasions and I am now fed up!”

“They said they attempted to deliver my parcel and failed, this is nonsense, the delivery was to a hotel with reception manned 24 hours, the photograph they posted for the delivery attempt was a random road, they are obviously lying about delivery attempts. Avoid this company.”

They charge a fee but fail to deliver to the **USA or Germany**—so why even offer the service in the first place? “Unbelievable bad service.Was expecting a fridge for my campervan to be delivered after purchasing on eBay.Instead 2 metres of 8mm copper pipe from Amazon was delivered instead.I then got an email saying my fridge had been delivered and showed a photograph of the evri courier handling my wife a small circular envelope which was obviously the copper pipe!Still waiting for evri to respond to my numerous emails.Absolutely unacceptable service.”

item. I looked under tracking and saw the picture of it outside my door I went to get
it and it was gone!! either the delivery person took it as asked all my neighbours and they didi not have it and I can trust them.

This is the third time Evri has marked my parcel as “delivered” when it was never actually delivered. No photo proof, no parcel at my address, and no way to contact a real person for help. Their tracking system is unreliable, and customer service is useless. If you’re ordering from a retailer that uses Evri, beware—you might never receive your package!”
“Should have collected parcel on 22/3 did not turn up. Complained and was told parcel would be collected on 1/3. Still sitting here waiting for them to arrive. Disgusting lack of customer service. 2 wasted da6s of sitting indoors unable to go shopping or meet family.”
“I've ordered several items and the suppliers have unfortunately chosen Evri which are not a very good service. They NEVER bother either knocking or ringing the doorbell even though there is always someone home and just leave the parcels by the front door or in a dustbin! Not even bothering to ensure its my dustbin!
It's just takes a few second to knock or ring the bell and then leave the parcels surely this can't be a big ask?!”
