This is the third time Evri has marked my parcel as “delivered” when it was never actually delivered. No photo proof, no parcel at my address, and no way to contact a real person for help. Their tracking system is unreliable, and customer service is useless. If you’re ordering from a retailer that uses Evri, beware—you might never receive your package!
