“I've ordered several items and the suppliers have unfortunately chosen Evri which are not a very good service. They NEVER bother either knocking or ringing the doorbell even though there is always someone home and just leave the parcels by the front door or in a dustbin! Not even bothering to ensure its my dustbin!
It's just takes a few second to knock or ring the bell and then leave the parcels surely this can't be a big ask?!”
“I paid for signed secure delivery of highly personal and sensitive documents which had to be delivered quickly the next day. That was 19.3.25.
Still no delivery has been made,it is now 1.4.25.
Evri have emailed me a response to my email saying ,my documents are unaccounted for and can no longer be traced.
What kind of alleged secure delivery service does this? Where are my documents ? Who has them? but more worrying to me,what are they going to be used for?
I should have known better,I had a parcel go missing at Christmas with evri which was being sent to me. Apparently the driver couldn't find my address, then Evri said it would be redelivered, then they said the driver couldn't find it in his van, then they said the driver took it home by mistake, then they said it's untraceable!!!
Seems to me parcels and documents are not safe with this company.
I still haven't received a refund for my recent unfulfilled service from Evri.
Maybe the CEO will see this review, but will he care? Probably not.”
“Absolutely horrendous. Three parcels in three weeks all being returned to se der by evri who state I refused delivery. Nobody even attempts to deliver! When speaking to someone via email, they state my parcels were the wrong dimensions. Someone explain how a pair of trainers and a four pack of tshirts are too difficult to deliver?? I am at the point now where if a retailer uses evri, I will not order from them. Sticking with amazon now as they never fail”
“Worst customer service ever. Delivered my parcel to the wrong address and haven't done anything about it. Impossible to contact. Their photos show it's delivered incorrectly but they still don't try to fix their mistake.”
“Evri has been the worst delivery service I have ever used.
They have re-labeled a parcel with complete the wrong address for what seems to be no reason at all as the original label underneath was completely intact. They have lost a phone I posted after selling it on eBay and the treat packages with complete distain. A recent parcel I received had been dragged across a very rough surface even though it had fragile tape on it. The worse thing now is EBay use them as one of the preferred delivery services now that they have introduced their “Simple Delivery Service” were you have a limited choice of who you can choose.”

“l am very pleased with Temu, as I have the opportunity to carefully select my purchases and have been approximately 90% satisfied with the products that l bought. However, I am extremely disappointed with the delivery service they have chosen in England, which is Evri. It is, frankly, a very poor choice, and its inadequacy is difficult to overstate. I struggle to comprehend why such a problematic delivery partner was selected.
Over the past 18 months, I have consistently experienced delivery failures ..Even products I have ordered have been returned multiple times. Despite changing my delivery address to my workplace on main Street, they are still unable to complete deliveries there. This is perplexing, as I have been raising these concerns for the past six months. I have requested that Temu use an alternative delivery service for my orders, but their responses have been cliché apologies.
They continue to insist on using Evri for my deliveries, which then necessitates me spending at least three to four hours tracking down my purchased items. I am thoroughly fed up with the difficulties in receiving my deliveries; it is truly exasperating. While the overall Temu experience is excellent, it is significantly undermined by the poor choice of Evri as their delivery partner in England. I simply do not understand this decision.
Furthermore, Evri's customer service offers only one option via phone and online chat: entering your tracking number. The automated system then states that the item is out for delivery, promises the next delivery attempt for the following day, and abruptly ends the interac”
“Paid to return a parcel to a company in Leicester. 3 weeks later couldn't find it. Couldn't care less. The company refunded my money even though Evri just kept saying "lost in our network". I would never use them again. They should have refunded my postage cost too but ignored my request”
“Courier delivered to wrong address and put through their letter box. Right door number - wrong street. I have no way of retrieving parcel. They won't open door when I knock - tried a note through their letter box. Nothing. I am one p*ssed off, out-of-pocket customer.”
“Firstly was told would arrive 27th March 8-00pm did not arrive, e-mail saying should arrive by 1st April. It arrived 28th March.
Secondly was left on my door step overnight, found morning 29th.
Thirdly package was damaged, partly opened.
Fourthly tracking parcel delivery driver stated handed to tenant. it was not.
door bell was not rang. no photo or showing door open with door number.”
“No idea why firms continue to use Evri as a courier service. They are just woeful in everything they do, and firms that do use them get reputational damage by association.”
“Actually had a reasonable experience with deliveries a couple of times lately with Evri but once again the service has reverted to norm had a message to say parcel delivered and left on front porch but nowhere to be seen fortunately I actually saw the delivery driver walk across my front garden in to next doors garden and leave it on their step. I’m also now awaiting another parcel but updates have now showed delays to the delivery twice now!”

“Absolutely dire company. Claimed to have delivered the parcel - it's a picture of my parcel, and a road, which might be somewhere in London, who knows. I didn't receive my parcel, and am now struggling to receive it. I'd give them zero stars if I could”
“Over the last 12 months I have lost 3 parcels due to the incompetence of the delivery drivers leaving parcels on the doorstep for all to see. Any other courier will hide them in the drive and leave a note. I complained to EVRI and am told the item was delivered and they couldn't help, I can't claim from the seller or Paypal because the parcel was delivered. I have today received a message saying a parcel is delayed because part of the address is missing. Calling the robot on the phone I don't have any information as to what the parcel is, where it is from or when it should have arrived. so I have the line cut off. EVRI is the worst customer service I have ever known and in future If a seller uses EVRI, I will refuse to deal with them and tell them why”
“I've lost count of how many times they've ignored the delivery instructions and just sent the items back to the supplier. Then said they couldn't deliver the items. One reason being parcel too big to carry - it was a make up brush and pillow case!”
“Awful company, disgusting service and they don't even provide anyone you can speak to, at all, ever. It is just automated chat or recorded phone selections which drive you mad. Looking for help options, their website often returns “sorry, oops we can’t find that page” which might as well apply to a large portion of the packages entrusted to them.
The staff do their best, seems to me it’s the diabolical mismanagement and implementation of ridiculous systems by their senior management which have hamstrung their own shoddy company. A disgraceful cess pool of a corporation…”
“Ordered a door part 7th March. When l got a message it was being delivered by Evri and offered a pick up point l requested to pick up as Evri are notorious for leaving parcels at the wrong house. Since then the tracking of this parcel has been one excuse after another by Evri over the past few weeks, backwards and forwards to the delivery centre, then on the 26th march it was at my pick up point then it stated collected. Not collected by me. The collection point said they have never received it at the QR code was not scanned. Now it's gone to investigation by the trader and l have to wait 30 days for the outcome which I'm sure will state they lost it. It's made me more vigilant in future before a buy anything on line who is the courier they use. Evri are despicable 🙄”
