Awful company, disgusting service and they don't even provide anyone you can speak to, at all, ever. It is just automated chat or recorded phone selections which drive you mad. Looking for help options, their website often returns “sorry, oops we can’t find that page” which might as well apply to a large portion of the packages entrusted to them. The staff do their best, seems to me it’s the diabolical mismanagement and implementation of ridiculous systems by their senior management which have hamstrung their own shoddy company.
