Over the last 12 months I have lost 3 parcels due to the incompetence of the delivery drivers leaving parcels on the doorstep for all to see. Any other courier will hide them in the drive and leave a note. I complained to EVRI and am told the item was delivered and they couldn't help, I can't claim from the seller or Paypal because the parcel was delivered. I have today received a message saying a parcel is delayed because part of the address is missing. Calling the robot on the phone I don't have any information as to what the parcel is, where it is from or when it should have arrived. so I have the line cut off. EVRI is the worst customer service I have ever known and in future If a seller uses EVRI, I will refuse to deal with them and tell them why
