I paid for signed secure delivery of highly personal and sensitive documents which had to be delivered quickly the next day. That was 19.3.25. Still no delivery has been made,it is now 1.4.25. Evri have emailed me a response to my email saying ,my documents are unaccounted for and can no longer be traced. What kind of alleged secure delivery service does this? Where are my documents ? Who has them? but more worrying to me,what are they going to be used for? I should have known better,I had a parcel go missing at Christmas with evri which was being sent to me. Apparently the driver couldn't find my address, then Evri said it would be redelivered, then they said the driver couldn't find it in his van, then they said the driver took it home by mistake, then they said it's untraceable!!! Seems to me parcels and documents are not safe with this company. I still haven't received a refund for my recent unfulfilled service from Evri. Maybe the CEO will see this review, but will he care? Probably not.
