Absolutely horrendous. Three parcels in three weeks all being returned to se der by evri who state I refused delivery. Nobody even attempts to deliver! When speaking to someone via email, they state my parcels were the wrong dimensions. Someone explain how a pair of trainers and a four pack of tshirts are too difficult to deliver?? I am at the point now where if a retailer uses evri, I will not order from them. Sticking with amazon now as they never fail
