The worst courier service ever The worst courier service ever. Packets are left either in full view of anyone passing, behind or in wheelie bins. I left a note on the wheelie bin today reminding Evri that it was not a front door. Guess what? Parcel was still left there! No card through the door to let me know. Just dumped behind the bins. Delivery driver knocked, didn’t even give me a chance to answer and left the box on the doorstep before scurrying off to his van, only trouble is , the box was empty as he’d decided to steal the contents from it .

I have had a parcel delivered from vinted, this has not happened before, not email received with barcode and the customer service is so poor unable to call and speak to someone, had email saying they are looking into it but 3 days now that its been there and cannot collect. REALLY DISGUSTED BY CUSTOMER SERVICE

My parcel was out for delivery yesterday between 3:3o0pm and 5:30pm, then it was updated to 5pm-7pm, then nothing. Got an email saying it was delayed and I would be updated in the next working dy. This is Monday, so will be 3 days late at the very least. They only have one job.

For the second time, Evri delivered two antique stoneware flagons to my property severely damaged and simply abandoned them and drove off. Having made the purchase on E.Bay, I stipulated to the sender on the second flagon NOT to use Evri as they have no care for fragile items ( a disclaimer allows this) but the message went unheeded…!!. Fortunately,E. Bay are alert to this problem and allow you to claim your money back ( both sender and recipient) via the ‘returns’ process. Be smart… tell your clients/ sellers, avoid this team of idiots at all costs..

Evri is an absolute joke I rang Evri customer service two days ago to an automated machine reporting regarding not left my parcel and still no response it's pathetic. I am sick to the back teeth of telling them that the golf shop is open every morning from 7.45am why can't they deliver it there other parcels previously have just been dumped at the doors of a golf club anyone could pick it up.

Ordered two items that were one of a kind and my package got delayed. Upon writing to them to ask for an update, I was told my packages couldn’t be found. It’s now been 2.5 weeks and they still can’t be found .. Though I’ve been told they’ve been to the national sorting hub on 6 occasions for some unknown reason! Pretty frustrating as I’d be lucky to find what I ordered again. Starting to loose hope that they’ll turn up at this point .. still awaiting an official ‘it’s lost’ message rather than ‘we are trying to locate it’

Worse courier company by a long stretch. They (Evri) keep delivering to my business on a Sunday (evening) when y business is closed. Iv registered an account with Evri in a bid to notify them of our business hrs but was unable to do this. They hav since claimed to hav attempted delivery during our business working day (they never did) and hav since returned t goods back to sender. Having tried to contact actual customer representative and not a bot, I was promised a phone call twice and 2days hav now passed. A total woeful company.. Avoid at all costs

They said it was delayed, then they said it was damaged beyond repair, then they said it was destroyed. No evidence, no explanation. If it was damaged beyond repair, they should still have delivered it or returned it to sender. They just can't destroy it, it was a unique item. Abominable customer service. They won't even reply to me now. No accountability whatsoever. Never in my life will I ever use this company.

I ordered items from matalan in plenty of time. They were on the delivery van on monday,but the driver drove passed our house seconds from our door . When i tracked my parcel hed left a message saying he was unable to deliver our parcel. But promised to deliver tuesday. I then called Evri and a Claire e mailed me saying they would deliver the parcel thursday . Still no parcel has arrived . I needed the items for a hospital stay on saturday . The company are ineffecient at resolving an issue .total disgrace

Well Evri strikes again 6 different deliveries due this week so far all late and looking like least 2 maybe lost going by tracing system - how they stay in business is beyond me. In future before I buy anything will be checking who delivers. Royal Mail second class is way quicker than Evri

The parcel is more than a week late. I have contacted Evri several times and nothing has been done. All responses are AI. There has been no attempt to redeliver the parcel in 7 days. Terrible customer service and no duty of care

Just left parcel on the drive. No attempt to come to the door. I was home and have ring cameras. They just parked across drive and dropped parcel over the fence!

Terrible, no customer service, only chat box online and on the phone. Not delivered parcel when date/time slot was provided and unable to get in touch to speak to anyone as in 'real person', chased for 24 hours only to be told after 24 hours that the missed delivery was due to "the parcel missed the connection to the courier". It's not the first time Evri couriers failed with delivery and I am very dissatisfied with this company.

You didn't bother to collect parcel and the day after you'd missed collection you tried to collect then when I was out. I've rearranged collection but as you haven't bothered to email me a time I don't think you're going to collect today either

Evri's driver persistently trespasses into my garden to hide parcels. She has never been to my front door, knocked or rung the bell so hasn't seen my note on the door about my preferred safe place. On this occasion she knocked over a chaiar and a bucket and left them on the ground. I am disabled and partially sighted - This driver is a menace!
