“They have now had my item for 7 days, the receiver is getting stressed out and so am i because no one from Evri is contacting me back it's the worst delivery service ever”

“I had a parcel to send via Evri drop off, which would never be my choice. Half the Parcelshops turned out not to do Evri even though it was stated, another shop could not scan my QR code and another shop refused. It's been a complete waste of my time and very frustrating as I know I need to all that again tomorrow.”

“Evri have lost/stolen my parcel again. Don't trust Evri when given the option on Ebay who purposely set them as the delivery option. Once you hand the item over to Evri, you are risking the item being stolen, damaged or apparently lost.”

“Where do I start?! Chased order - Evri provided a photo as "proof of attempted delivery" All well and good except photo was not my apartment block. Been chasing status update numerous times via email and useless Chat Bot since 27 Feb. Still no idea where item is. Cannot get a refund from sender because both Evri and them have now decided to ignore any further correspondence from myself. Have disputed transaction to see if my bank can retrieve money. From now onwards, will only order items that have Click and Collect option - Pain having to travel to pick up as I don't drive but better than second guessing whether parcel with arrive or not. This lot are a joke.........”
