“Cannot recommend Evri at all. Parcels are never delivered to us, but instead are left on a neighbours’ doorstep. Courier does not ring our doorbell to see if we are in. When complaining to Evri customer support. they are not acknowledging our complaint that parcels are always left at the wrong address, but instead they say that are pleased to confirm that ‘it has been delivered’… to the wrong address! How does this company keep its customers?!!”
“What’s the point in Evri? You book a return. Courier picks it up (as seen on the Ring camera), but logs it as “not suitably packaged”. You try and get hold of Evri and you can’t. You try to get hold of the company it’s supposed to be returned to and they say they can’t help and to talk to Evri.
So now I’m £60 out of pocket and neither company can help. What’s the point?!”
“Evri is worst company. My emergency parcel hasn’t reached yet and there is no update in tracking. When I try to call, it always shows busy. Their customer service doesn’t exist. The number in social media is to fool people. I regret choosing Evri. Never going to trust again. 😡😡”

“Lost parcel, customer service absolutely disgracefull. No replies to my emails or live chat.
Despite claiming a customer helpline available I found it absolutely impossible to speak to anyone despite many, many attempts.
Sent emails to the email address given for complaints but received reply saying emails not monitored and to speak to an advisor. Have been going around in circles. Sent two emails to two management people. No replies.
I will never use Evri again
I had over 100 items on ebay. I have removed them and will no longer be selling due to issues with postage. Mainly with Evri. There are other coutiers available. My advise. Avoid Evri. They do not care about their customers being out of pocket. Their complaint system, helplines and compensation system a joke..”
“Evri keeps changing delivery time and days and don't give correct info. Almost impossible to find out where the parcel is or when it'll be delivered. I guess they expect people to take a week off hoping to get the delivery eventually”

“Waiting for delivery of Teak Oil and out of the blue Amazon said it had been delivered and handed to the customer. Trying to track it because it was never handed to me and the website said in safe space. Lie! No note in the door either. I then had to go through their chat process and ask for proof of delivery. A completely different front door and nice looking grandma in the frame!! I am a man!! Luckily I recognised a wreath on the door and managed to retrieve the delivery. But where the hell was a note to tell me what they have done? My safe space is clear on the app and it’s not this lady! Pathetic company and I will check Amazon in future for anyone using Evri.. and not buy from them .”
“Terrible company. Urgently needed product was not delivered when it was supposed to, and when I raised a complaint they then set it to another week away, making the parcel take almost two weeks to arrive. Worse still, I cannot get my money back from Amazon until after the new delivery date, so I cannot order from elsewhere. The product isn’t even supposed to be kept at room temperature for more than a couple of days. Trying to make a complaint and you can’t do anything, they just say an agent will get back to you, but they don’t. I’m not going to order anything again that is due to be delivered by Evri. I’d rather pay more to use a different retailer that ships with Royal Mail.”
“So the courier decided to leave my parcel on the floor, i didn’t get home till after 9pm during a creative session I attend weekly, to my shock and disappointment my parcel has been stolen from another resident, so that’s £20 worth of items gone thankyou EVRI For leaving the parcel on the floor!!!”
