“I cannot possibly understand where the 5 star reviews come from. Every time I see a delivery is via Evri, I shudder. For the past 3 deliveries, all due in 24-48hrs, only one arrived when expected, even if the tracking info as usual was very poor. The first one got lost and it arrived a month later. Today's delivery shows as 'out for delivery' in Evri's own platform, but this is an Amazon delivery and has this message in Amazon: "Delivery on hold. Delivery attempted today at 10:12 AM (not true, at home all day). Unfortunately, Evri wasn't able to complete your delivery and needs additional information to try again. We're sorry for the inconvenience. Contact Evri" (no contact info). Evri's chatbot does not put me through a real human being, so I'm stuck waiting for a delivery that's maybe on hold, maybe arriving today. Awaiting a delivery by Evri is invariably a horrendous, nerve racking experience, I cannot understand how they're still in business.”
“Courier constantly leaves parcels on doorstep, doesn't even knock to deliver items. After contacting Evri support, a standard email is received to say ask another member of the household or ask a neighbour to see if they have received parcel.

“Really terrible service. Told by the merchant to contact Evri to change the Address on a delivery and Evri told me to contact the merchant as they can't do anything. Finally managed to get my parcel rerouted.
Tracking says "out for delivery" and hasn't changed or been updated or delivered in nearly 3 days. Contacted them on their autobot who says its out for delivery. Called 3 times only to be answered by a computer and no possibility to hold the line and talk to a human, call auto hangs up saying that the issue has been logged with the chat bot. Abysmal”
“How many times do I have to report Evri for the poor courier delivery. I have notified Evri regarding leaving my parcels at the front door of a golf club numerous times golfers are about all the time anybody could pick it up .The golf shop is open down the car park it opens at 7.45am every morning is it too much trouble to leave parcels there instead of taking a chance on someone being honest and handing it in.It is getting a regular occurance leaving parcels outside the golf clubs main doors.i wouldn't dream of leaving parcels there it's terrible.”

“If I could put a minus I would. I now have three deliveries in three months not turn up. One company (a subscription) even checked with me ... I am sure they thought I was stealing it! You cannot get to speak to a human just an auto chat which tells you the same as the tracker.... unable to deliver. Companies please stop using them, or you will loose customers.”
“Evri were scheduled to pickup a returns parcel from us but never turned up. The day after I checked the tracking number on their site and it said they had collected it. However they obviously hadn't because no one had come. I tried to get in touch with them via phone calls and their online chat and both would just turn me around with their automated responses saying we have your parcel. This was incredibly infuriating. I was forced to contact Wayfair and ask them to arrange the returns with DHL instead who came the next day without issue and picked up the parcel.

“Never expereienced such an unreliable service. Third time recently they have been used by eBay sellers to deliver an item to me, on one occasion the parcel was completly lost! You enquire as they suggest only to be given automated false imformation and broken promises. I certainly wouldn't choose them for my delivery service. I'm still waiting for the current item to arrive, it's been over a week so far.”
