“I returned a parcel to Oh Polly with Evri. When the parcel was delivered to Oh Polly there was a dress missing worth £50. There is absolutely no way to speak to an actual person at Evri. The response I keep getting from their autobot is that the parcel has gone missing and I should speak to the person who sent it to ask for compensation!!!!! Firstly, the parcel hasnt gone missing, it has been delayed. Secondly, I AM THE SENDER but despite continually asking how I can claim for the missing dress I keep getting the above response!!!!!!!! Absolutely pathway customer service”

“Terrible company the worst delivery courier the UK has ever seen but who expected any better they are just the turd that was hermes in a blue coat of paint, they have failed me with EVRI delivery ive had the displeasure of being transported by this useless bunch, I have had as many parcels "lost" by this company as I have failed to deliver or failed to deliver on time,
Item was meant to be delivered on Monday 15th and updates were promising by 8pm I was told they will try again next working day, Tuesday came and went i contacted again and was told I'd be contacted by 10am today if no parcel, its 4pm now and still no communication aside from the same generic email i received on Tuesday 🤣🤣 its laughable how they continue to offer any service I wouldn't trust this company to counter to 2 let alone fulfil the role their entire business model circles around.
Customer service is fully automated because as a failing business paying real staff would be financially irresponsible and would mean they couldn't afford to replace all the lost/ stolen/ undelivered packages they fail to help reach their end goal!
I have escalated with amazon now and will continue to chase EVRI for my parcel”

The driver left the parcel out of the main entrance of my house, on the street. No one received it, he took a picture to show that the delivery was done. He left it there and probably someone has stolen it.
Customer service needs to investigate the situation and I can’t get my money back. The photo shows clearly that no one was there to receive the parcel and the door was closed.

“Absolutely shocking company!! Have ordered 4 parcels for a locker delivery and there’s been a mix up on every single parcel!!!!! The first was placed in someone else’s locker which is a data breach instantly the second was because the driver scanned the locker and there was no free ones available the third and fourth am still waiting for no response from endless chat email or phone calls so assume stolen or lost AVOID like the plague!! I’m gobsmacked how this company is still in business!!”

I ordered trainers to arrive on Friday from blacks . I paid next day delivery so it didn’t come when I’d gone home
Yday Evri messsged me saying due to the size of the delivery they need a specialised van (feckn trainers) and I won’t get it till Saturday
On Saturday Evri messaged me stating it will know be next week so I phoned blacks to cancel it. Blacks looked on the system and said Evri had just added that they delivered yesterday and I told them to take it away or it will be left in the road”
“My parcel has been delayed for SIX DAYS. And I’ve received NO UPDATES. I contact every single day both the phone and chatbot multiple times a day as much as possible and I haven’t been able to speak to a single human. There is NO WAY of contacting a human. I was promised a call back in 24 hours. I received no call back. I got an email from a robot who promised to update me by 9am that day. Guess what? No updates given. My parcel is LOST and I can’t do anything about it. Customer service is ALL ROBOTS. WONT LET YOU SPEAK TO A PERSON. This isn’t the first time I’ve had an issue. It’s better to pay )1 extra delivery and actually receive your parcel than to have it get lost and not even recieve a refund for shipping. TERRIBLE SERVICE DO NOT USE.”

“parcel (a piece of jewellery bought as a birthday gift for a family member) made it all the way from abroad, the landed in Evri's hands & was delivered to the incorrect address. I received a photo proof of delivery (which wasn't my door). I never got my parcel back, & discussions with Evri took place over the following 5 days, where I was told to contact the seller. How was it their fault that Evri delivery cannot read an address!!! Poor!!!”
