Tell you a date when it's coming, if you're not in they try for 3 subsequent days then just send it back. Useless. Have no control over which days your package arrives and there's no way to pick it up. Pathetic.”
“I was contacted by EVRI my parcel was being delivered so has always I left a message to leave my parcel in a safe place but on this occasion it was ignored 3 times. EVRI informed me because they made 3 attempts to deliver they are returning the item to the seller, but I will still have to pay postage costs. Very disappointed and annoyed. Neil allott.”

Evri's service has been nothing short of disgraceful. I recently had a parcel delivered from Jones Bootmaker, worth £400, and the experience was appalling from start to finish.
Despite clear instructions and paying for delivery to the door, the driver couldn’t be bothered to do their job properly. They rang the intercom of my disabled mother's flat, she let them into the building, and instead of delivering the parcel to the door, they dumped it outside the entrance of the block, in a public area, for anyone to take.
To make matters worse, the photo proof of delivery shows the parcel left out in the open—completely vulnerable. By the time I managed to get a neighbour to check, the parcel had already been stolen.
This level of incompetence is utterly unacceptable. I am now £400 out of pocket, and Evri has failed to provide even the most basic standard of service.
If you value your money, your parcels, and your peace of mind, do not trust Evri with your deliveries. This company clearly has no respect for its customers or their property.”

“Evri lost my parcel over two months ago, and despite multiple attempts to contact them, I have received no response and no resolution.
Their customer service is non-existent – emails go unanswered, their chatbot and phone system are a dead end, and there is no clear way to escalate issues. Every time I try to follow up, I’m met with automated messages and endless loops with no real help.
I have been chasing this for two months with no update, no compensation, and no accountability. I would avoid Evri entirely. Their service is unreliable, and their support is nonexistent”

Out of SEVEN parcels, only one arrived on time, the rest were lost, delayed a month or sent back after stating I wasn't in (a complete lie!).
They are so bad I now avoid sellers who use evri.”
“I am sending a parcel using Evri via an InPost locker. The parcel has not been collected. InPost say I must speak to Evri, Evri say that I should call the sender to resolve, but I am the sender. I suspect the parcel is still in the locker a week later.
The Evri customer service number asks for the parcel number, says it's not been sent yet and then hangs up. Pathetic.”
““Delivery not successful” is what they claim, I’ve been home all day they have not even tried ringing the buzzer. I’ve tried contacting them, they are impossible to get a hold of I just get this very strange robot who does not seem to know anything. Same thing when I tried contacting by chat.”
