Evri lost my parcel over two months ago, and despite multiple attempts to contact them, I have received no response and no resolution. Their customer service is non-existent – emails go unanswered, their chatbot and phone system are a dead end, and there is no clear way to escalate issues. Every time I try to follow up, I’m met with automated messages and endless loops with no real help. I have been chasing this for two months with no update, no compensation, and no accountability. I would avoid Evri entirely. Their service is unreliable, and their support is nonexistent

Useless. Out of SEVEN parcels, only one arrived on time, the rest were lost, delayed a month or sent back after stating I wasn't in (a complete lie!). They are so bad I now avoid sellers who use evri.

Bad service don't buy gifts as they won't turn up in time and when they do they'll be damaged.

I am sending a parcel using Evri via an InPost locker. The parcel has not been collected. InPost say I must speak to Evri, Evri say that I should call the sender to resolve, but I am the sender. I suspect the parcel is still in the locker a week later. The Evri customer service number asks for the parcel number, says it's not been sent yet and then hangs up. Pathetic.

“Delivery not successful” is what they claim, I’ve been home all day they have not even tried ringing the buzzer. I’ve tried contacting them, they are impossible to get a hold of I just get this very strange robot who does not seem to know anything. Same thing when I tried contacting by chat.

Your tracking system shows the parcel as “successfully delivered,” but it was left at the incorrect door number, meaning I have not received it. As a result of this mistake, Shein is refusing to process my refund because Evri’s system falsely indicates that the delivery was successful. However, this is clearly an error on Evri’s part, as the parcel was delivered to the wrong address due to your driver’s negligence. I expect Evri to take full responsibility for this issue and issue me a refund immediately. I have checked with my neighbors, and no one has my parcel. I write this review after many not great experiences in the past year with Evri - either delivery or return collection. Many times, instructions for safe place are not followed, instructions for day of collection are not followed, delays and not leaving an attempt delivery card note.

Delivery due today 18th. Now saying 21st. It's coming from 4 miles away. Is it strapped to blind snail. Evri once again proving how poor their service is

Unbelievably poor - They say they attempted delivery of an item but tracking shows it was "too large" and needed a specialist delivery - yes you can probably guess what happened next - it was so large they then managed to lose it! Sender was brilliant and cancelled the order for a refund - so I purchased another - and unbelievably Evri has lost that as well! Can't speak to anyone at Evri by phone; if you reply to email messages you are ignored - Really appalling service - If you have a choice don't use Evri - their marketing banner should read Evri parcel goes astray!

Totally unreliable, their tracking system is a joke. Telling me "attempted delivery" when I was here all the time, even worked late on Friday incase they turned up ! Next day another "attempted delivery" on the tracking. This company is pathetic and should not be in business, and I will avoid ordering any goods from any supplier who uses them in the future. Hopeless !

The worst company I have ever dealt with, appallingly poor service. Parcels classified as 'bigger than expected', even though they were only 8cm long and returned to sender - not once, but three times. Customer service none existent, digital assistant a waste of time. I would never recommend using this company for anything (unless you want a whole load of hassle).

We booked and paid for a collection on the morning of the 6th for the parcel to be collected on the 7th on a next-day delivery. Bought the label via eBay (it was a business sale). They've just turned up today to collect. It's the 17th....! I cancelled and rebooked with a proper courier a week ago after multiple no-shows. Totally useless..... How are they still in business? I certainly wouldn't be if I relied on them.

Placed order from Millets, they used Evri to deliver within 3 to 5 days. Waited 2 weeks, No order turned up. Millets say order Lost In Transit. I assume that means STOLEN. Advise not to use Evri or order from companies who use Evri to deliver. Very disappointing.

Paid for next day delivery on a parcel last thursday 13th feb, it’s now Monday 17th and was told that the parcel isn’t out for delivery today and they don’t know where it’s gone so they have to track it down. This is the first and only time i’ll be using Evri, what a sham and poor excuse for a postal service - zero stars
