I am sending a parcel using Evri via an InPost locker. The parcel has not been collected. InPost say I must speak to Evri, Evri say that I should call the sender to resolve, but I am the sender. I suspect the parcel is still in the locker a week later.
The Evri customer service number asks for the parcel number, says it's not been sent yet and then hangs up. Pathetic.
