Genuinely the worst delivery service I think it's possible to manage. Just Hermes rebranded who were also terrible.
Tell you a date when it's coming, if you're not in they try for 3 subsequent days then just send it back. Useless. Have no control over which days your package arrives and there's no way to pick it up. Pathetic.
