Never expereienced such an unreliable service. Third time recently they have been used by eBay sellers to deliver an item to me, on one occasion the parcel was completly lost! You enquire as they suggest only to be given automated false imformation and broken promises. I certainly wouldn't choose them for my delivery service. I'm still waiting for the current item to arrive, it's been over a week so far.
