Evri were scheduled to pickup a returns parcel from us but never turned up. The day after I checked the tracking number on their site and it said they had collected it. However they obviously hadn't because no one had come. I tried to get in touch with them via phone calls and their online chat and both would just turn me around with their automated responses saying we have your parcel. This was incredibly infuriating. I was forced to contact Wayfair and ask them to arrange the returns with DHL instead who came the next day without issue and picked up the parcel.
Awful service and awful customer care. Avoid like the plague.
