Really terrible service. Told by the merchant to contact Evri to change the Address on a delivery and Evri told me to contact the merchant as they can't do anything. Finally managed to get my parcel rerouted.
Tracking says "out for delivery" and hasn't changed or been updated or delivered in nearly 3 days. Contacted them on their autobot who says its out for delivery. Called 3 times only to be answered by a computer and no possibility to hold the line and talk to a human, call auto hangs up saying that the issue has been logged with the chat bot. Abysmal
