I cannot possibly understand where the 5 star reviews come from. Every time I see a delivery is via Evri, I shudder. For the past 3 deliveries, all due in 24-48hrs, only one arrived when expected, even if the tracking info as usual was very poor. The first one got lost and it arrived a month later. Today's delivery shows as 'out for delivery' in Evri's own platform, but this is an Amazon delivery and has this message in Amazon: "Delivery on hold. Delivery attempted today at 10:12 AM (not true, at home all day). Unfortunately, Evri wasn't able to complete your delivery and needs additional information to try again. We're sorry for the inconvenience. Contact Evri" (no contact info). Evri's chatbot does not put me through a real human being, so I'm stuck waiting for a delivery that's maybe on hold, maybe arriving today. Awaiting a delivery by Evri is invariably a horrendous, nerve racking experience, I cannot understand how they're still in business.
