Cannot recommend Evri at all. Parcels are never delivered to us, but instead are left on a neighbours’ doorstep. Courier does not ring our doorbell to see if we are in. When complaining to Evri customer support. they are not acknowledging our complaint that parcels are always left at the wrong address, but instead they say that are pleased to confirm that ‘it has been delivered’… to the wrong address! How does this company keep its customers?!!
