Terrible company. Urgently needed product was not delivered when it was supposed to, and when I raised a complaint they then set it to another week away, making the parcel take almost two weeks to arrive. Worse still, I cannot get my money back from Amazon until after the new delivery date, so I cannot order from elsewhere. The product isn’t even supposed to be kept at room temperature for more than a couple of days. Trying to make a complaint and you can’t do anything, they just say an agent will get back to you, but they don’t. I’m not going to order anything again that is due to be delivered by Evri. I’d rather pay more to use a different retailer that ships with Royal Mail.
