For the second time, Evri delivered two antique stoneware flagons to my property severely damaged and simply abandoned them and drove off. Having made the purchase on E.Bay, I stipulated to the sender on the second flagon NOT to use Evri as they have no care for fragile items ( a disclaimer allows this) but the message went unheeded…!!.
Fortunately,E. Bay are alert to this problem and allow you to claim your money back ( both sender and recipient) via the ‘returns’ process.
Be smart… tell your clients/ sellers, avoid this team of idiots at all costs..
