Ordered a door part 7th March. When l got a message it was being delivered by Evri and offered a pick up point l requested to pick up as Evri are notorious for leaving parcels at the wrong house. Since then the tracking of this parcel has been one excuse after another by Evri over the past few weeks, backwards and forwards to the delivery centre, then on the 26th march it was at my pick up point then it stated collected. Not collected by me. The collection point said they have never received it at the QR code was not scanned. Now it's gone to investigation by the trader and l have to wait 30 days for the outcome which I'm sure will state they lost it. It's made me more vigilant in future before a buy anything on line who is the courier they use. Evri are despicable 🙄
