They always leave my package un attended. Zero rating is what this company deserves.

Absolutely terrible experience with Evri.
I sent a pair of Marshall headphones I sold on eBay, and the parcel was lost in their care. After countless attempts to contact customer service.
I was stuck talking to a useless chatbot (Claire) every time—no human support, no proper response, and no accountability. Despite following all procedures, I never received my insurance refund.
My case was completely ignored and eventually ghosted. Disgraceful service.
Avoid at all costs if you value your items or your time.”
“My order has been sitting in thier depot for 4 say according to thier app. The Messi get repeatedly is that it will be delivered next working day. Their website says they deliver 7 days a week. I won't ever use any retailer that uses this courier again.”
“Received the standard photo of a package dumped in the random hallway of a neighbouring block of flats, and therefore instantly stolen.
No attempt made to even deliver to the correct building - and no safe place ever nominated as an option, as a porterage/concierge system operates in my block, as all Evri couriers are fully aware.
No call-back as requested, just a bot sending dear-John emails, constant back-and-forth until I convinced the sender to refund on the basis of theft of my package.
Presumably sender will claim compensation from Nevri, they (the sender) have been informed they will lose all future custom from both myself and my colleagues and acquaintances until they choose an alternative 'delivery' company in future.”
“Disappointed - Parcel Delivered to the Wrong Address.
I'm very disappointed with my recent delivery experience. My parcel was marked as delivered by Evri, but it was left at the wrong house (a completely different house number). I had to go through extra trouble trying to find it, and there's been no clear way to report or fix this issue. This isn't the first time it's happened either.
Please improve delivery accuracy and make it easier for customers to get help when things go wrong.”
“Abysmal said they’d attempted to make a delivery and The “Business was closed” - It’s a private house with courtyard- No one enterd the courtyard all day not shown on cameras - always the same poor delivery service .”
“Evri claims to have delivered my parcel, no sign of it nor did anyone ring my buzzer. They also claim to have tried to deliver at other times when I was in, but no buzzer then either. So the courier is lying. When I try to View Full Tracking Details it asks for my postcode and then claims it is the wrong postcode, even though the same postcode is in the url. Useless website.I notice that almost 1/8th of all reviews are 1 star.
I've already tried to raise the issue in a chat but the same issue with the postcode prevents me getting any further. The chat isn't even an actual person.
Now I've had my call disconnected due to "technical issues".”
“Parcel out for delivery 26/04 then teceived an email saying dorry parcel couldn't be delivered today, you should receive your parcel within 2/3 days of the 26th.
Asked for a call back & received an email saying my query had been passed on to local customer services. Followi g day received an email saying my enquiry had been passed on to a colleague.
02/05 NO parcel, NO updates on tracking, NO correspondence from Evri. I left a Trustpilot reviews & got a response from Charity telling me to do EXACTLY what I'd already done!!
Appalling service from delivery or lack of & customer services.

“Evri have lost my item which I purchased from an eBay seller was supposed to be next day delivery 4 days later was told it has gone missing whilst in their system, this was a birthday gift so have had to purchase another gift. It’s impossible to speak to a human on their customer service line their service is appalling. EBay need to stop using evri as one of their postal options i for one will not use them to post anything of mine”
