“Parcel out for delivery 26/04 then teceived an email saying dorry parcel couldn't be delivered today, you should receive your parcel within 2/3 days of the 26th.
Asked for a call back & received an email saying my query had been passed on to local customer services. Followi g day received an email saying my enquiry had been passed on to a colleague.
02/05 NO parcel, NO updates on tracking, NO correspondence from Evri. I left a Trustpilot reviews & got a response from Charity telling me to do EXACTLY what I'd already done!!
Appalling service from delivery or lack of & customer services.

“Evri have lost my item which I purchased from an eBay seller was supposed to be next day delivery 4 days later was told it has gone missing whilst in their system, this was a birthday gift so have had to purchase another gift. It’s impossible to speak to a human on their customer service line their service is appalling. EBay need to stop using evri as one of their postal options i for one will not use them to post anything of mine”
“Zero customer service, lost my parcel over 5 months ago. Repeated calls and emails but with no help or follow up. I have completed a claims form only to receive an email acknowledging receipt and asking me to complete the same claims form again. Chat bot takes you in circles and now doesn't even recognise the tracking ID.”
“Basically I was returning a purchase to the seller and I did it via the post office for Evri to collect and return to the seller! The post office printed the returns label. I have a receipt from the Post Office. 10 days later the parcel arrived back with me, left by my back door in a big plastic bag and a damaged box. I have not been able to speak to a person despite several efforts and Evri keep saying the parcel is missing!! Getting past the bot chat to speak to.anyone is seemingly impossible. I will never use again.”
“I wonder where these reviews come from, outrageous if they are true! Of course they must be, why would anyone lie ? Maybe, I am the only one on the planet who has never EVER EVER had a bad delivery, issue, hassle zilch. Just over two years everything has been delivered on time, mails from EVRI, confirmation of their receipt of my parcels, e/mail to say 'OUT FOR DELIVERY' and then another to say what time, to expect delivery, generally within the hour. The courier is a true gentleman, always ring the bell and waits for the door to open. If he is heading back to the car returns, picks the package up and places it in my hands. Polite, professional and charming.
If I am not in places it in a safe place. Wonderful, absolutely amazing.”

“Why do companies still use this website they are absolutely terrible!! The last few deliveries I have had, the courier has sent photos saying "your parcel has been delivered" and it is a photo of all the parcels in the boot of their car!! Yesterday a parcel was left lying in my stair, my lovely neighbour took it in. I am still waiting on a parcel being delivered to my local post office, 3 days on and still the same old story of "there is a delay delivering your parcel"”

“One star is too much for this dreadful company. Two parcels sent on same day, both lost. One was eventually returned to me after some time rather than being sent to the recipient (for which I had paid £12 for insurance and a signature), the parcel was just left in full sight on my drive, open and split down one side. After using chat and endless time wasted, eventually spoke to someone after a wait of 2 hours; a rude and ineffectual individual called Chris Hayes who refused to offer any form of recompense for the incompetence and unfulfilled delivery. I later received a survey asking my opinion on the ‘delivery service’. I replied honestly with a full explanation and stated that I was refused a refund. I received an email from a different advisor stating that I would receive a refund. Two weeks later this had not been received. I replied to the email from the advisor and received a response saying that I would NOT BE receiving a refund after all - from the wonderful Chris Hayes who seems to delight in denying customers refunds for the company’s total incompetence. If you want endless stress, wasted money, phone calls with rude people and hours of your life wasted, use Evri, my advice is to go elsewhere. Evri will lose your goods, run you round in stressful circles and lie to you.”
“I ordered parts from my car, they was supposed to be deivilverd yesterday. I checked online for an update and they are sending my parcel back to the sender for no reason, it was not requested and is just ridiculous.
Company's that use evri really show how stupid they are, a delivery company that has 0 customer service as there's no way to speak to a real person and has the worst rate of losing parcels I've ever seen.
I will never again buy from a company that uses this terrible delivery company.”
“This courier service is by a large margin THE ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE OF THEM ALL!!! they have lost 2 of my parcels over the last year, a further 2 have been delayed by 7 days or more and there is absolutely no way you can get through to customer services, you just end up in a continual loop of recorded messages that lead you to nowhere, they need to be shutdown for good”
“Evri stated they had delivered my item. This item was never delivered and their proof of delivery was a blank photo. I checked with neighbours and checked all safe spots, this item was definitely not delivered. Evri took several days to reply to me and then when they did reply, they could not offer any compensation! Avoid Evri at all costs!”
“Valuable goods were ordered from TJC.com. The Evri delivery person deliberately and knowingly left the parcel at the bottom of an open stairwell to an apartment block., where it could easily be stolen, which it was. The Evri delivery person even lied saying that the parcel had been delivered to a neighbour. Rubbish, dishonest delivery outfit. DO NOT USE EVRI. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED”

“I would say the customer service is bad, but it’s non-existent! The tracking informed me my parcel was to be delivered yesterday between 12-1, but 11:06 they cancelled with no explanation. I’ve had no updates since then, despite trying to contact them numerous times, your only option is AI bot, or automated phone call. Hopeless. How are they still in business?”
