Evri have lost my item which I purchased from an eBay seller was supposed to be next day delivery 4 days later was told it has gone missing whilst in their system, this was a birthday gift so have had to purchase another gift. It’s impossible to speak to a human on their customer service line their service is appalling. EBay need to stop using evri as one of their postal options i for one will not use them to post anything of mine
