Lost parcel
Absolutely terrible experience with Evri.
I sent a pair of Marshall headphones I sold on eBay, and the parcel was lost in their care. After countless attempts to contact customer service.
I was stuck talking to a useless chatbot (Claire) every time—no human support, no proper response, and no accountability. Despite following all procedures, I never received my insurance refund.
My case was completely ignored and eventually ghosted. Disgraceful service.
Avoid at all costs if you value your items or your time.
