Parcel out for delivery 26/04 then teceived an email saying dorry parcel couldn't be delivered today, you should receive your parcel within 2/3 days of the 26th. Asked for a call back & received an email saying my query had been passed on to local customer services. Followi g day received an email saying my enquiry had been passed on to a colleague. 02/05 NO parcel, NO updates on tracking, NO correspondence from Evri. I left a Trustpilot reviews & got a response from Charity telling me to do EXACTLY what I'd already done!! Appalling service from delivery or lack of & customer services. Should be ZERO stars!!
