Disappointed - Parcel Delivered to the Wrong Address.
I'm very disappointed with my recent delivery experience. My parcel was marked as delivered by Evri, but it was left at the wrong house (a completely different house number). I had to go through extra trouble trying to find it, and there's been no clear way to report or fix this issue. This isn't the first time it's happened either.
Please improve delivery accuracy and make it easier for customers to get help when things go wrong.
