l am very pleased with Temu, as I have the opportunity to carefully select my purchases and have been approximately 90% satisfied with the products that l bought. However, I am extremely disappointed with the delivery service they have chosen in England, which is Evri. It is, frankly, a very poor choice, and its inadequacy is difficult to overstate. I struggle to comprehend why such a problematic delivery partner was selected.
Over the past 18 months, I have consistently experienced delivery failures ..Even products I have ordered have been returned multiple times. Despite changing my delivery address to my workplace on main Street, they are still unable to complete deliveries there. This is perplexing, as I have been raising these concerns for the past six months. I have requested that Temu use an alternative delivery service for my orders, but their responses have been cliché apologies.
They continue to insist on using Evri for my deliveries, which then necessitates me spending at least three to four hours tracking down my purchased items. I am thoroughly fed up with the difficulties in receiving my deliveries; it is truly exasperating. While the overall Temu experience is excellent, it is significantly undermined by the poor choice of Evri as their delivery partner in England. I simply do not understand this decision.
