The worst delivery company I have ever dealt with! This is the **fourth** parcel that has been returned with **no explanation whatsoever**. They charge a fee but fail to deliver to the **USA or Germany**—so why even offer the service in the first place? On top of that, their **customer service is non-existent**, offering no support or solutions when issues arise. A company this unreliable shouldn’t be in business. They will **never** come close to the standards of **Royal Mail**, and I truly regret ever using them.
