Sell sent my package and I opted for it to be delivered to my local parcel shop as I was working but then the tracking showed the item as being returned to sender..so no way to speak directly to a representative but instead going round in circles with a automated chat aimed at fobbing you off..I don't understand how they get away with it..trading standards need to sort this company out.
