Terrible Service from Evri - Be Warned!
I'm extremely disappointed with Evri service. Initially, when we provided our home address, they would either throw our packages outside or take them back. This time, we opted for locker delivery, but issues arose again. They delivered the package to the locker but didn't provide us with the barcode. It's been two weeks, and we're trying to contact them, but there's no response. They're neither providing the barcode nor any information.
Temu is emailing us daily to collect our package, but without the barcode, what are we supposed to do? Their service is terrible, there's no customer support, and talking on the phone is pointless. I'm thoroughly dissatisfied with evri's service and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. If you're considering using evri for packaging and delivery, be cautious!
