At my old house the agent was excellent. At this house it’s terrible. I had a pair of homeless pensioners deliver my parcel 2 days after it was out for delivery the other day. Today, it was down for 3:30-4:30pm delivery, guy turns up at 08:52 at night and yells at me to keep the dog back. As tempting as it was to send my attack shitzu to maul him to maul him to death, somehow I resisted!! I won’t buy from a company that use evri now.
