Dreadful service. Arranged delivery on a 24h service but it’s been over a week and no progress on their tracking app. They say they missed delivering on Monday, but no card left. I changed to deliver to a parcel stop on Tuesday to ensure delivery, they say this information has been received, but then no further updates for three days. Avoid this company, their communication is rubbish and you can only talk to a Bot.
