A message stated they could not find my address and i need to provide further details, I live in Bath, I have never had an issue with any deliveries, I tried to call, I tried the chat messaging service, its just bots every single time, i cannot get through to a person at all, terrible customer service, my parcel will not arrive in time for my trip all due to the fact that they cannot complete their only required job, deliver items....
