This company is an absolute disaster. They seem intent on ruining small businesses rather than supporting them. They repeatedly lost my parcels, and their customer service was just as bad, ignoring multiple emails and phone calls. Most recently, after weeks of silence, they finally responded to say my parcel was lost and advised me to file a claim. Then, days later, they emailed again, claiming the parcel had been delivered—21 days late! By that time, I had already sent a replacement through Royal Mail at my own expense, with an additional discount for my customer. To make matters worse, they offered no compensation whatsoever. Complete time-wasters. Aavoid these cow boys at all costs
