I've purchased some suspension cartridges and an EUC from them, and they were always very responsive to emails and shipped fast. Like many have said, their customer service is top notch, and they even offered to send out a new inner tube for my wheel when I got a flat on the first day, despite flats typically not being covered by most company's warranties.
