“Excellent services and quick turn around! I bought the P6 on a weekend and it arrived by the following Friday along with the extras (Fast Charger, Seat, 90/90 pilot). The box was beat up but the wheel was in perfect condition. They emailed me right after with an explanation of what to expect and clipped a couple videos for set up and configuration. I was able to interact via email with a real person and not a Bot.”

“Ewheels has great customer service. They have always answered my questions in a timely manner. I'm giving customer service 5 stars. I'm only giving 3 stars overall because of the condition my product was received. The box I received was completely ripped. I could not lift the box at all because it would rip even more. The severity of the rip concerned me of the quality of the product. The Tire pressure sensor is still giving me errors and I have not been able to correct. Unsure if that was caused by the damage. Sent Ewheels the picture and they said this happens quite often and InMotion only provides a a single box packaging. As a customer that just spent almost $6k on this product, I expected a first impression similar to buying an Apple or Samsung product where packaging and presentation is excellent. I was excited at first, then disappointed when product arrived. The instructions said I should keep the box, not throw it away, in case I need to ship it back. So I taped up the box with a bunch of packaging tape just in case. I don't think it can handle another shipment though.”

“I purchased an InMotion V10F from EWheels in 2021 and later purchased a Begode T4 from a competitor. In both cases I needed parts and in the case of the T4, I needed servicing of the wheel. EWheels has been extremely helpful every time I have contacted them. The parts and services department responds within hours (sometimes minutes) and is very ready to help guide you to the correct parts or in the case of service to coordinate the mailing or drop off or the wheel. I don’t know if I will ever need to buy another wheel but I know that EWheels is where I will go for parts and services and they are the company I would recommend if you are looking to buy a personal EV yourself.”
