“Ewheels treats you like a sponsored rider representing their company. They are uniquely aware of what you mean to them as an embasador to their brand and industry, particularly as an electric unicycle rider. When answering the question "Where can I get one?", "eWheels" is always brought up. Outside of eWheels, the PEV industry can be a minefield. Conversely, I have personally seen eWheels represent customers warantee claims to manufacturers in ways that that the customer was not even aware they qualified for. EWheels customer satisfaction is beyond apprieciated in an industry where service is so critical. Recently, I busted my rim at my own fault on a group ride. EWheels was able to squeeze my work order in, on a busy monday, removing a rim from a boxed wheel, and shipped it out that same day! The rim arrived within 2 days of my service request, I was astonished! I had an EUC competition here in NYC, that I placed first in, I could have missed out on it otherwise had I not had that level of speedy, hastle free service. Ewheels has been using their influence, and industry leverage to push manufacturers to produce the safer and higher quality EUC designs you see today, making your purchase with them more meaningful and impactful on the industry as a whole. The line of communication goes directly to the manufacturers, and you are a part of the feedback loop. Many of top testers stateside are paired with eWheels for their reviews, and the EUC demonstrations in your areas are likely sponsored by eWheels, they are heavily invested in the community, the industry growth as a whole, and keeping us riding with confidence.”

“The eWheels guys are high class. I’m the type who has never been good with mechanics, which a lot of folks will say is necessary to get into the sport of electric unicycles. Not true. The electric unicycles that I have purchased from eWheels have all been worth every penny and then some. Whenever you buy any vehicle that takes you from point A to point B, there will be parts that eventually wear out and need replacing. But these guys have shown me through their honesty, fairness, and patience with me that they are certainly a cut above. Jason, the owner, runs an exceptional business. He’s got a strong work ethic, provides outstanding customer support and as a business owner myself, I have no idea how he manages to hire such top notch employees... His employee, Nick, answers most of my questions (through email) and I only have very positive things to say about him. He’s extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and I much appreciate his patience in dealing with my own frustrations over the lack of my own mechanical skills. But the good news is that the prices you pay to have any repairs done by eWheels are very reasonable. The bottom line is that they want you as a loyal customer and they know that the only way they can ever do that is by treating you right. Hands down, these guys are the gold standard and if you ask around online (for example with the Electric Unicycle Forum) those folks will tell you the same. Thank you eWheels for your outstanding service, please don’t ever change because you have me as your lifetime customer!”

“Ewheels is the very best this industry can provide. Jason is the pillar of this small niche community of ewheels and he has never disappointed me personally as a person and also as a business owner. He believes in his quest to provide the very best and he's been exceptional in his quest. I believe in his service and has been his customer since my day one which now is about six yrs ago. “2+ years after my initial purchase, ewheels has continued to support my well-used machine. For a wheel that has taken me over 6000 miles, it has needed only small routine maintenance. For that, ewheels support has been helpful and prompt, making it easy to get the parts and advice I need to do the fix. Recommend both the company and the product!”

“I’ve ordered 2 wheels from Ewheels in the last 2.5 years and this company has been amazing. My first wheel was a KS 18XL and unfortunately (not because of Ewheels but because of the manufacturer) I had multiple issues with the 18XL but Ewheels customer service (Jason and Eric) were very professional and made sure to fix/replace any control boards/motor issues that were present and were able to get my 18XL back up and running again. My second purchase was this October and I ordered the Veteran Sherman L by Leaperkim. This thing is a TANK! Best wheel I’ve ever ridden and huge thanks to everyone at Ewheels for answering all my questions and concerns regarding this purchase. They are very knowledgeable about the EUC’s they sell. Delivery only took a week to get to my house and all items came in perfect condition. 100% recommend this company to anyone considering buying a PEV in the US. Thanks again guys!!”

“Great dealer! Fast shipping, my Sherman L unexpectedly came with a tubeless off-road tire, which is great! Small issue with condensation under my display, but customer service handled it quickly and sent me a new one. If you want the best EUC’s, and best customer service, Ewheels is a no brainer.”

“So far Ewheels Jason, is very attentive but The New Blitz , that is another story. - The 90/90 tubeless street tire will not center on the rim. Wobble inducing. -The Blitz will not remember the horizontal tilt angle set before you turned it off. It Defaults to 4 out of 8 no matter what I set it to in the App. I tried riding at 20 psi and over inflating 50-70 psi to center the tire on the rim, to NO avail.”

“The eWheels team was very responsive when trying to troubleshoot issues I was having with my EUCs air shock. Eventually they sent out a brand new air shock for a reduced price. Their customer service is on another level. I've never exerienced anything quite like it. If you're trying to decide which dealer to purchase all things PEV, I wouldn't hesistate to go with eWheels. They're absolutely amazing!!”
