“Ordered the Inmotion V9 recently plus a replacement inner tube and charger a whiile back, and the whole experience was smoother than I expected for a specialty import product. Shipping was fast, packaging was solid, and the wheel arrived well-protected with no play in the box. The tube order was a nice test of whether they actually stock parts or just list them for show; it shipped separately and arrived without issue. Pre-sale questions I sent by email got real answers from someone who clearly rides, not copy-pasted spec sheet responses. If you're on the fence about buying a high-ticket EUC online from a specialty shop rather than a big-box site, eWheels is the right call. They know the product, they stand behind it, and the after-sale support is there if you need it. Will be my first stop for anything PEV-related going forward.”

“I was sent a wheel that didn’t turn on and they said ship it back same day and they would send a new wheel same day the next day on Saturday when they emailed me back they said sorry no one is at shop this weekend will send out Monday and service was bad from start……”

“I ordered a Linx-s, the wheel is very good. The shipping sucked as the lable was "unreadable"(maybe put a couple pieces of tape over said label next time) thus causing a delay in shipping, which also caused a delay in a trip I had to take. ps. I don't go anywhere without my wheel!”

“The guys at Ewheels have been an absolute dream to work with. Tim was very helpful and professional. I had loads of questions and he had the patience to answer them all and help me narrow down exactly what I was looking for! I live in Alaska, so the shipping process can be a bit tricky, but Tim knew how to handle it. They were very professional every step of the way and even showed me photos of the build process of my wheel including points where they applied grease, and photos of them torquing crucial bolts to spec. 10/10, would highly recommend!”

“I recently purchased my new P6 from eWheels, and the experience exceeded expectations from start to finish. eWheels is legit! From the moment I placed the order, their communication and professionalism stood out. They provided fast 3-day shipping, which was impressive on its own, but what really set them apart was the level of service throughout the process. Their team was clearly knowledgeable and responsive, answering questions promptly and offering useful insight without any pressure. One of the most unique and appreciated touches was that they included progress update photos and videos of my actual unit while it was being prepared. Seeing the installation of the 90/90 tire upgrade in real time gave me a lot of confidence in both their technical expertise and attention to detail. It’s not something you typically get with online purchases, and it made the experience feel much more personalized. When the P6 arrived, everything was exactly as expected properly set up, well-packaged, and ready to ride.
