“I have purchased 5 wheels and a few accessories from Ewheels and I wouldn't do business with any other company. Customer service is the absolute best in the industry, second to none. The staff at Ewheels goes out of their way to make sure everything is 100% perfect in every way. Emails are responded to almost immediately. Wheels and parts are shipped out in a timely fashion. Any issues are resolved promptly. It doesn't get much better than Ewheels!!”

“Everybody seemed to be suggesting I buy my EUC from E-Wheels. So I did. Very prompt and detailed attention. They sent it out the day after I ordered it (first thing) and communicated all the details of the shipment and what to expect and how to set-up my Wheel (Veteran Lynx) when I got it, tire pressure, etc. They Included Wrist guards and the velcro for P Pads (I declined the stock Beidou pads in favor of buying others). I had a great and seemless experience with E-Wheels and it's no wonder why everyone was recommending them. They seemed honest and authentic and informed/informative.”

“Thank you Jason and Nick! This is the 5th wheel I’ve purchased through ewheels and as usual the experience was fast and accurate. Not Only are their services as a dealer excellent they know their products to answer any questions of concerns I’ve thrown their way and I’m not an easy customer to deal with. In this market of riders trusting the wheel you stand on while floating through the air at 50 mph is something that requires confidence in the product. Ewheels has been there to answer every question or concern I’ve had and reply back immediately to make sure your not just satisfied with the product they sell but to keep you up to date with parts, programming and education to keep you safe. If you’re a new rider just starting out or experienced and looking to buy a wheel or just the parts you need to upgrade yours there’s not another company out there that will provide the personal service anywhere close to ewheels. If they sold cars I would buy from them. When purchasing through ewheels you’re talking to not just the sales person but the mechanic who knows the hardware, software, firmware, and the owner who is always staying up to date with every product. This company is what makes it possible for riders to be part of the frontier in a sport that very few people have the pleasure of experiencing. For the price of a ski vacation you can turn everything around you into a down hill ski slope without a lift line. So if you’re not sure if you’re ready to invest in a product that may sound expensive do it anyways, you won’t regret it, and ewheels will be there to make sure your riding something that you can trust and push your limits.”
