“Love these guys but wow I received some 58 pound springs. I really needed some instructions to come with those now. I have the 58 confused with the 62s I'm not sure if I have one of each on each side or what the heck is going on I didn't know the shocks were filled with oil. I got oil all over my apartment and my clothes and I'm pretty sure that oil needed to stay inside of whatever chamber it was inside of, but it's certainly not. Do I need to refill it? What a mess. I love ewheels. They have been so helpful every time I ask them for help or advice, but I really wish I had asked them for advice before attempting to do all of this by myself. My only gripe is that they should've included instructions when they sent me the parts, but I am thankful I was even able to get the parts at all. Ewheels is great you should absolutely buy from them.”

“Just purchased the Patton S and first day went 16 trouble free Miles. Very happy with my purchase and this is after purchasing the Sherman L, which I was also very happy with. I think I will be done purchasing wheels for now since I have two very reliable wheels. Thank you for a good experience and purchasing these two wheels and two standup scooters.”

“This is my first wheel bought from ewheels and they usually respond to emails in a timely manner and have always helped me when needed a recent example was my roger charger went out and they offered me a other one discounted like almost half off and shipped it to me in 2 days they always go above and beyond helping where they can”

“This is a very impressive wheel. Such high build quality. Trolly handle is best, just need to lift little release on front of wheel to raise trolly handle. My first ride I had not figured out. The weight is light considering its range, suspension, and quality. I weigh over 200 pounds and I am able to get over 105 miles of range in windy conditions traveling around 25 to 30 mph before I start hearing low battery beep. You can shut off the beeping in order to get back home. I do not know how many miles after that one could ride before tilt back. I know it’s not good for the batteries so I just rode couple more miles before calling Uber to get home. One can easily get 100 miles moving at a relatively quick speed on this wheel. I am so thankful ewheels was able to get a number of these in before the tariffs. I love the company and wish them the best dealing with these crazy tariffs. I have been a customer for many years and ewheels has always been committed to good customer service. I really feel appreciated as a customer. As written in other reviews, I would reinforce that this is probably not the best beginner wheel. I would highly recommend to get a smaller wheel to start out. It is taking a while to adjust from my veteran Sherman, but it is becoming a part of me the more I ride as with all the other wheels I have purchased from ewheels. The suspension is very adjustable and I really enjoy the smooth ride on rough trails. On long rides, you just don’t feel beat up at the end of the day because of the smooth ride. It is also extremely stable and one could go at high speed and still feel very comfortable. Love the tubeless tire as I have had tube rapidly deflate on another of my wheels causing me to break some ribs. Another reason I purchased this wheel was because of safety measures with sensor redundancy. With suspension wheel one is sitting up higher and more difficult to ride in windy conditions, but it’s just part of adjusting to the wheel. So in summary ewheels is a great company, I think this is one of the highest quality wheel available, and I think it is a good investment despite high cost. I could not have imagined the advancement in technology when we first started riding Electric unicycles.”

“The eWheels team is really amazing. I bought a Sherman L from them and it was delivered quickly and well packaged. Then I bought some parts for my InMotion V14 that I purchased somewhere else, and at the same time submitted a question about the bearings on the V14. Nick emailed me back personally, walked me through several things I could try, and then offered to fix the V14 for me (even though I didn't buy it there) for a very reasonable price. I shipped it off to them, they fixed it up in like 2-3 days and sent it back to me. It is now running perfectly. The customer service and willingness to go out of the way to help was really impressive. I will definitely continue doing business with eWheels.”

“I ordered a new LK Sherman-L and was prepared to pay over 400.00 for shipping to Alaska. Jason jumped in there and saved me over 300.00 on my shipping cost by advising me to us the Carile Connect service. Little things like this is why i will always be an E-wheels customer. As for the wheel, it arrived in excellent shape(brand new of course). I took my first ride of about 30 miles and I was certainly impressed by its performance. We have a lot of pavement buckles on our bike paths due to the extreme temperature swings up here in Fairbanks Alaska. The wheel glided over them with ease and certainly pro-longs my endurance for riding compared to my no shock absorber wheels. The build quality was amazing. The folks in China have come so far in the technology and quality of their products in the last few years. This is what they do best and can deliver the products, very impressive! I suspect that this wheel will be with me long time and with its 100 plus mile range, it checks all boxes for what I was looking for. My suggestion for the Sherman-L BUY BUY BUY!!!”
