“I had some issues with my recent order, mostly around shipping/import charges and a missing part that was supposed to be included. That said, Jason and eWheels did follow through and made it right by sending the parts out quickly and including extra seals as well. The wheel itself has been great so far, and I appreciate that they took the time to answer my questions before and after the sale. The process wasn’t perfect, but what matters to me is that they stood behind it in the end. Overall, I’d still recommend eWheels for EUC purchases, especially because after-sales support matters so much in this industry.”

“The process of buying an EUC from ewheels is by far the best. They have a reputation for being accessible, communicative, timely, and helpful, that they absolutely live up to. I’m so glad that I made the right choice of coming to ewheels when the time came to upgrade my ride. Tim and Jason were exceptionally helpful in answering all of my questions and guiding me in my decision of which wheel was the best fit for me, in addition to giving me a fantastic deal on it. I won’t shop anywhere else.”

“I’m on my third wheel. Two of which I purchased from EWheels. My first… some random retailer I won’t mention. But man did I learn the hard way why Ewheels is THE BEST. Their service goes beyond your purchase. In fact… I will say that’s when the service has just begun. Their after sales service is one that should be studied in client focused service education. They are prompt. They are detailed. And will stop at nothing to ensure a frictionless step in getting you back to something YOU LOVE! And why are they this good? It’s because they know every step you’re going through. They are riders too. If you’re considering you first wheel, third, or hell… your 14th; Ewheels is the ONLY resource you will ever need.”

“I bought a Patton S a little over a year ago. I am generally pleased with my first wheel. I am absolutely astounded at the tremendous customer support. Without fail anytime I have a problem or a question, these guys respond within minutes. What a breath of fresh air. When I purchase my next wheel, I won't even consider another Dealer. You guys rock! These guys make me feel like I am their most important customer. I hope everyone feels like that I would be willing to guess that they”

“Ewheels provided me with exceptional customer service. Their communication was clear, consistent, transparent, and considerate. If I could I would purchase more just cause I like the experience they gave me. I eagerly anticipate acquiring accessories for the new Ewheel INMOTION P6. Initially, the wheel appeared daunting due to my status as a novice rider. However, after nearly a month, I have successfully mastered the art of riding while seated, and the sensation is unparalleled.”

“I don't do a lot of reviews but this wheel definitely earned it I've been riding for about 3 years I like to ride hard and fast it's really crazy no this sport is evolved so much and that short amount of time. I started riding the extreme bull HT loved it when I was ready to upgrade from that I ended up with a Master pro then a lynx wich was an all-around fantastic wheel especially for trail riding what not really the most stable wheel at high speeds and the Master pro I did kind of regret I had originally ordered the master and then in my over excitement I saw the Master pro and I didn't realize that just meant it was a lot bigger on the battery without really that much of a speed increase which is really what I wanted more nimble fast not realizing the Master pro was kind of a big bone gal she did have fantastic range though. Then the etmax which even though it was designed for just being a street wheel I really thoroughly enjoyed that one and then the P6 happened and it smashes it in every way it even is great for off road I'm going to get another tire it has a little bit more grip just for that reason cuz suspension is awesome the complaints I have are very minimal and one of them are already addressed with the new firmware upgrade that gives you a little bit more control over how the ride on the wheel is gives you better acceleration the other being the rear fender snapped on mine for no reason I was just riding and I guess rattled itself to pieces. And I wish there was a bit more adjustment to the peddles. Other than that 10 out of 10”
