“Hello, my name is Nemo Baker and I am a real live customer in Flower Mound Tx. I bought a P6 in motion wheel and after connecting it to my phone, the wheel started spinning and after I stopped it, it would not come back on. I emailed "customers@inmotionworld.com" 9 times and kept getting a AI Bot. Never could get a real person. Finally, I told them to Go to Hell and emailed wheels and they responded the same day on a Weekend. Also Jason at ewheels called me on Monday morning and advised that they would replace my P6 and to send back the old new one. They also arranged for the Fed Ex pickup and with the return label. Remember this is all being done on Monday, the same day that we talked. Now That Is SERVICE. They also sent out the new (exchanged one) on Monday. I was Blown Away. Sorry for the long review, but Jason and company are worth it. But from EWHEELS.”

“As has always been the case for me, buying from eWheels was simple, secure, and communication was great. I just received my fourth wheel (all were purchased here), and I'm very happy with it. Shipping was fast, pre sale and post sale support continue to be top notch, and I'll definitely be buying from eWheels again. As anyone who loves this type of vehicle knows, it becomes a habit, and eWheels takes care of their customers. And they do a lot of the community too - they have good relationships with the wheel manufacturers, and they advocate on behalf of their customers when it comes to feedback and service.”

“Best in the business! By a long mile...and other sites are great, don't get me wrong. But Ewheels gives a home run every fn day. It's like they wake up and can't wait to start helping us with our wheels or whatever. That legit how it feels. They respond in moments. Somehow they go above and beyond and as a business owner that means so much to me. And damn I know how hard it is as well. To make every customer feel like they are the only one takes skill and talent, passion and experience. 10 years as a customer! You won't be dissapointed. 5 stars all day.”

“Shen you buy a wheel it is a big deal, because you’re really buying their support too. And honestly, that support matters more than the wheel itself. Any time I’ve had an issue, I’ve emailed eWheels and gotten a reply within 30 minutes. That’s why I bought from them — you’re not just getting a wheel, you’re getting a support team that’s got your back and will do whatever it takes to help you out.”

“Received my Lynx S one week ago and loving it. This is my 4th EUC from EWheels over nearly 6 years of riding. All the wheels have arrived in perfect condition, tested and charged up. Great communication during the buying/shipping process as well. Looking forward to doing business with EWheels in the future when the need for another wheel hits! Mark Jerstad”

“Fast delivery. I just received my wheel and everything was there. Topped the charge and started to learn to ride. I haven't had any issues. When I was ordering the free shipping didn't have an expected delivery date but I was just overthinking it. Free delivery they use regular ground delivery FedEx with a signiture. They had a tracking number and wheel in shipping the same day I ordered it. Ordered on Thurday and received it Wednesday out to remote Michigan.”

“Ewheels has the best customer service bar none. They always get back to you right away and are very helpful with any questions you may have about your wheel or your purchase. I ordered a part for my wheel and it was here in three days. Not many companies will actually talk to you on the phone and they will. I’ve even called and not left a message and they called me back just to see what I needed. These guys are great. When you’re spending the kind of money we spend on these wheels it’s nice to know that you’ve got some back up and there it.”

“Best EUC Dealer, Period. I had a genuinely complicated situation — my KingSong S16 Pro went into deep-discharge lockout after sitting too long without a charge, and I came to eWheels not even sure the wheel was salvageable. Tim, Jason, and Nick handled everything with patience and professionalism from the very first email. They walked me through my options clearly, gave me honest expectations about recovery odds, quoted me fair prices upfront, and committed to not doing any major work without my approval first. When I decided to send it in, they made the shipping process painless and even offered to take photos for a resale listing. The repair itself came in at $720 covering both the battery pack replacement and bearings — and they didn't nickel-and-dime me when the bearing issue came to light mid-repair. Turnaround was fast, communication was consistent, and the whole thing was shipped back with tracking before I even had to ask for an update. If you ride EUCs and something goes sideways, there's nowhere else I'd send my wheel. These guys know the hardware, they're straight with you, and they actually care about the outcome. Absolute top-tier service.”

“I broke a part of my inmotion v14. With zero help from the manufacturer I turned to e-wheels. E-wheels responded to me on the weekend. Within a week I had the part I needed and was back out riding. Big giant thank you to e-wheels.”
