“I recently purchased my new P6 from eWheels, and the experience exceeded expectations from start to finish. eWheels is legit! From the moment I placed the order, their communication and professionalism stood out. They provided fast 3-day shipping, which was impressive on its own, but what really set them apart was the level of service throughout the process. Their team was clearly knowledgeable and responsive, answering questions promptly and offering useful insight without any pressure. One of the most unique and appreciated touches was that they included progress update photos and videos of my actual unit while it was being prepared. Seeing the installation of the 90/90 tire upgrade in real time gave me a lot of confidence in both their technical expertise and attention to detail. It’s not something you typically get with online purchases, and it made the experience feel much more personalized. When the P6 arrived, everything was exactly as expected properly set up, well-packaged, and ready to ride. Overall, the combination of fast fulfillment, transparent communication, and hands-on service makes eWheels a standout vendor in this space. Highly recommended.”

“I have purchased a few wheels from eWheels, as well as parts and accessories. The team at eWheels is always helpful. I have received a video of the wheel before it is shipped to show the state. “Jason and Nick have the best customer service you could ask for! They were extremely polite, and had answers for any question you may have regarding your wheel. “As the saying goes, actions speak louder than words, so the fact that I have bought 3 EUCs from ewheels in the last 12 months should speak for itself. In any case, I'm happy to put it in words as well. The customer service is simply top notch. And when you're dealing in a niche product like EUCs, where you can't just go find a new supplier on a whim, I think the great service ewheels provides stands out even more. Keep up the good work.”
