“Customer support response immediately, which Is comforting. I'm giving 3 stars cuase I would imagine spending $3200 that I wouldn't have both bottom pads fall off the first day of light riding. Little stuff, like velcro for the seat was in the wrong position. Tech was supposed to send a copy of what work was completed on the s22, never received. So overall I'm surprised or just unfortunate.”

“Received with no issues other than there are no instructions nor recommendations on charging. Would’ve been nice to have come with some type of instructions and warnings to before using. Now I’m going to have to take the time to look it up myself.”

“A brief comment about the Ewheels company is that I purchased two V11 models separately, both had defects. The first one I purchased had a inner tube valve problem that I had to repair myself. The second had a USB connection problem. Hopefully you gents get it together.”

“Having to change parts on a $4500 doesnt look great but i was told ahead of time. Still, just put the stuff on. Your basic consumer wont be able to get the air shock on. No directions or videos on how to install the rear air shock is infuriating considering that most people dont carry the proper tools to do this kind of work. Kick stand fell off the second day I used it. I put a little silicone on it. No problem. Quality control?? Scooter looks good and hopefully when i start to open it up, has no problems. Employees were nice and everyone was a pleasure to work with. Constructive criticism- just get some instructional videos going on, or some kind of directions on the stuff you send without having to ask for it. Other than that, im happy and i have already promoted the company several times from people asking about where to get the scooter. Just step it up a smidge, and you guys will be great. Merry christmas ewheels.”

“The supply chain issues are making this an unpleasant experience. I gave my deposit 11 months ago and I still don't have my ewheel, and now I'm asked to make a review. None of this relates to the ewheels service I got, but it's still part of my experience as a customer. Last I was told, my ewheel is still sittng in a container in LA waiting for Customs to allow for the container to be opened.”

“Having spent well over $3000.00 for my new wheel that is now sitting at customs, I cannot say I have a favorable impression of the company. I don't think that I would be comfortable spending that amount again. I have made numerous other purchases without issue. This is anxiety inducing and not an experience I care to have again.”

“Great company...my product came in great condition and the wheel is working well. My only problem is customer service...I know nothing about EUC's so I purchased my wheel but found another one(more expensive). I called to see if I could possibly upgrade. My response was no..it all ready shipped. I don't understand why shipping would be more important than a "up sale"..other than that, great company.”

“Ordered an extra v11 rim after denting my factory rim. Rim arrived fast despite back order. I would recommend thoroughly inspecting before install as I had a broken screw stuck in a screw hole. Likely pulled in there from the magnet lining the inside of the rim. Noticed this during the install process and did not want to go through the trouble of contacting ewheels for another product. I was unable to get it out of the hole. Hopefully this doesn’t create future problems.”

“Ewheels did great. However FedEx was not so good. My package was late..4 days late and there were no updates...it just sat in cali...then sat in Burlington. Which sucked...but my BF who ordered his like 8 hours after me still hasn't gotten his. It's still sitting in Burlington and FedEx can't tell him where it is. He also paid extra to have it shipped. We are loving my wheel...and already looking to possible get the S20...but probably not gonna order from any sites that use FedEx for shipping in the future.”

“I dhuit have enough information. Still waiting for wheel. I wasn't aware of the hill climb test that killed the shermanuntil after I finalized my purchase. I'm kinda slightly bummed it didn't make that hill but I'm confident I still selected the rig wheel. I'd be inclined to draft Antje review after I actually ride it. So far it feels the same as not having one. (: As far as support team, they are all amazing and have worked with me every step of the way. I wish the units were not so expensive. It would be nice to get a discount after already purchasing one. I kinda want two. Anyway, please help me recover my wheel and I'll be happy to ride and push the limits. I'm interested in any exteas or extended warranties available. Thanks,”

“Still waiting for it… friend has one says to be careful because the wheels are hard and narrow. I asked even with suspension? He said yes and that I’d do better with wider or air tires. ( he is more of a die hard). Will review after I experience scooter first hand. Other negative is that I was told I cannot lock it… plan of attaching my dog to it so both need to be stolen…? Unresolved issues that are not yet in front of me. Aside for criticizing what I haven’t yet seen I’m plenty excited. Should pick it up tonight.”

“This review is on the Lightning plus. My first scooter was a boosted. I love my boosted scooter I still ride it. Love the throttle. It is a thumb throttle/ brake. Service at ewheels has been awesome . Steering on this scooter is super sketchy. It needs a steering stabilizer. It’s a crash waiting to happen. I won’t let my kids ride it. Not safe. Even at low speeds steering is bad. Great for going fast straight. Turning I would give it one star. I’m going to sale it before I kill myself on it. Sorry ewheels you’ve been great on fixing broken parts . If it didn’t have suspension I would keep it. Going off curbs at low speed great. But Offroad it just wants too crash.”

“I like the wheel the little I've driven it but I think there should be a better system to tell me when I am expected to receive my wheel I just got vague answers about when it was expected to get ewheels and also needs some instructions on how to get the ewheel out of travelmode.”
