“I literally sold my arrow bike to buy this cause it suppose to do 50 miles and go 40 mph but it dont do that i love the speed but upset with my purchase i was better off keeping my arrow bike”

“Once I finally decided on which EUC I wanted the worst part was waiting for it to arrive. I had concerns about how everyone was taking about the pitch of the foot peddles due to a previous injury and Jason was assuring me it wouldn’t be a problem and sure enough it wasn’t. I absolutely LOVE my MSP and within less than a month I’ve hit my top speed of 33.3 mph if the app is correct. As for range I’m impressed...mind you I’m not staying at break neck speeds but I’m not going slow either. I average about 20mph and the wheel is extremely comfortable as well as responsive. My only problem is getting my wife on an EUC now. Can’t wait for my quick charger for my MSP. Good job eWheels!”

“Plus about the Stigo B1 e-bike it rides pretty smooth, but struggling with back tire issues, and wire connection, just recieved might have disconnected wire to my motor., hopefully the manufactor will help., overall can be a fun bike to ride, just a few things need to be improved on.”

“This is my second purchase. My first one was terrific which brought me back. I am sad to say this past experience has not been so great. The scooter arrived with the outside shipping container intact but the inside was a complete mess. The scooter was not held in place and was flopping around. This is a 65 pound scooter. There also was no instruction manual included on how to use it. This is not a typical scooter.”

“After doing my Research, I choose the SpeedWay V scooter, and went with eWheels because of price, and the bonus items they were offering. I contacted eWheels thru email and they were prompt with their responses and answered my questions. Wish there was a Phone number to call. I requested a White Model, but was told they didn’t have it in stock and wouldn’t be for a few weeks... was a little disappointed but was offered discount on other parts in the future. I placed the order on Thursday and was told the Scooter would arrive Sat. Which I thought was great so I pulled the trigger. Received Order confirmation and how to setup the Finger Print Reader which was great! and Tracking number. FedEx stated it was going to arrive on Tuesday because Monday was Labor Day. I reached out back to Customer service to confirm, and was told it happens. Was irritated. Either shipping was setup for Saturday or not. Received the Scooter and the foam was mostly broken. The 5A Charger was just thrown in the box. No bubble wrap or secured to keep from thrashing around in the box. It was alittle beat up, but worked.”

“I ordered a kingsong speed charger and asked for an additional adapter for an old gotway charger to kingsong that I wanted to use as a backup for kingsong, because I don't have any gotways anymore. Instead I was sent a gotway speed charger with an adapter to kingsong, which does work, but is not what I requested, and is a bit annoying.”

“I was hoping to write a Very Good review for ewheels since I also have a pre-order in for the KS16X however I did have an issue with my XL Pedals for the V8/Glide 3, mainly the 3D printed spacers didn't come with the pedals. I was hoping to find a good match for the shims by using nylon washers but I'm still playing the "find the correct size" game. Jason is sending the spacers and I'm hoping to be able to try out the new pedals sometime this week and will be glad to revise the review at that time.”

“Wish there was English details written of parts , modes and how to operate them. (Wheel and charger)Also a forum for the zip codes of riders would also help find others to enjoy with. But being a person who never touch anything like this before, it took me 1 hour to with wife and porch to have confidence to ride in neighborhood, enjoying this new hobby of mine.”
