After doing my Research, I choose the SpeedWay V scooter, and went with eWheels because of price, and the bonus items they were offering. I contacted eWheels thru email and they were prompt with their responses and answered my questions. Wish there was a Phone number to call. I requested a White Model, but was told they didn’t have it in stock and wouldn’t be for a few weeks... was a little disappointed but was offered discount on other parts in the future. I placed the order on Thursday and was told the Scooter would arrive Sat. Which I thought was great so I pulled the trigger. Received Order confirmation and how to setup the Finger Print Reader which was great! and Tracking number. FedEx stated it was going to arrive on Tuesday because Monday was Labor Day. I reached out back to Customer service to confirm, and was told it happens. Was irritated. Either shipping was setup for Saturday or not. Received the Scooter and the foam was mostly broken. The 5A Charger was just thrown in the box. No bubble wrap or secured to keep from thrashing around in the box. It was alittle beat up, but worked.
