“Rides like a dream and i love it. But one MAJOR problem is that it didnt come with a charger. It will be very soon that its just a hunk of junk in my house with no way to charge it.”

“My experience with ewheels has been great. I’ve put almost 700 miles on the Patent S in the past few months and have come to really appreciate what it brings and has to offer. I chose the 66 pound suspension and if I had to do it over again, I probably would’ve chosen the 62 pound as the Patent S has progressive springs so it’s gonna be more capable and ride stiffer than the first Patton. Nothing that cannot be undone though. I have ordered some 62 pound progressive springs just to compare and see if it’s better for my weight. If I’m being honest though, initially, I was very disappointed in the low end torque. The range is great, wheel speed is overclocked. GPS is 3 mph slower than wheel speed, but can hit 40 mph GPS comfortably with my 175 fully geared weight. I have since purchased the Inmotion V 14, which in hindsight was probably the wheel that I should’ve chosen in the 1st place. The low end torque on the V14 is absolutely present and puts a smile on my face. I'm pretty sure I’ll be keeping both wheels for each one of them have their own use case.”

“Was a little too optimistic in their assessment of what was needed in terms of replacing a handle I ordered. However they were ultimately very helpful with follow up and in quickly shipping the additional parts required (for a nominal extra charge).”

“I recieved my Sherman L in short order. I found it to be in exellent condition (packed in styrafoam and double boxed). It looks good and I can't wait to try it out. It's now February and the High temps are still below zero. I will have to give a performance review when it warms up enough to ride and the snow and ice have melted off the streets.”

“So far Ewheels Jason, is very attentive but The New Blitz , that is another story. - The 90/90 tubeless street tire will not center on the rim. Wobble inducing. -The Blitz will not remember the horizontal tilt angle set before you turned it off. It Defaults to 4 out of 8 no matter what I set it to in the App. I tried riding at 20 psi and over inflating 50-70 psi to center the tire on the rim, to NO avail.”

“Veteran Lynx came with an undervolted battery cell and an overvolted battery cell. They said it was the 1st time this issue occured for a Lynx. eWheels was very helpful in sending me another battery pack to replace it with. Though not being able to use the wheel immediately was =( eWheels was very helpful in suggesting what suspension to pick.”

“Ordered a EB Commander Mini. Shipping was great and fast, got free wrist protection from ewheels too. Also got a customized email with tips for my specific product which is excellent. Unfortunately, mine was missing half the screws for parts on the railing. Not sure I can blame that on ewheels as they are just the distributer, but it's still slightly annoying for a $3k item. Luckily, I had some metric screws on hand to fasten the parts down for. Past that, everything else was flawless.”

“We got our wheel pretty fast. It is well built. I am still learning how to ride. It is my first wheel. My husband who has the ex30. Loves my wheel, says it is amazing to sit on. We shall see how it goes.”

“They gave me what I ordered.. I believe the frame was twisted. The pedals don't point the same angle. Shipping was pretty annoying and had to spend a day on the phone trying to figure out what was going on. Bit it works. They seem alright I guess. Edit: Both issues I had were handled thoroughly AND promptly by people at EWheels. I am extremely busy day in day out and don't like extra hassle but they worked through my issues and offered good solutions. I will buy from here again when I am ready for my next wheel ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ (Lol my free shipping showed up in two days!) IdahoProud”
