“Ordered a EB Commander Mini. Shipping was great and fast, got free wrist protection from ewheels too. Also got a customized email with tips for my specific product which is excellent. Unfortunately, mine was missing half the screws for parts on the railing. Not sure I can blame that on ewheels as they are just the distributer, but it's still slightly annoying for a $3k item. Luckily, I had some metric screws on hand to fasten the parts down for. Past that, everything else was flawless.”

“We got our wheel pretty fast. It is well built. I am still learning how to ride. It is my first wheel. My husband who has the ex30. Loves my wheel, says it is amazing to sit on. We shall see how it goes.”

“This is the second wheel I have purchased from eWheels, and I feel they have done a great job with everything from customer service to shipping. “They gave me what I ordered.. I believe the frame was twisted. The pedals don't point the same angle. Shipping was pretty annoying and had to spend a day on the phone trying to figure out what was going on. Bit it works. They seem alright I guess. Edit: Both issues I had were handled thoroughly AND promptly by people at EWheels. I am extremely busy day in day out and don't like extra hassle but they worked through my issues and offered good solutions. I will buy from here again when I am ready for my next wheel ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ (Lol my free shipping showed up in two days!) IdahoProud”

Glad to see this updated review come through. We always try to provide the best service we can, but we're not always aware of every single customer's potential issues. “The V12 is my first wheel, and i have alot of fun off road and on city rides. During the learning process, I accidentally dropped it approximately 20 times, yet it proved to be incredibly durable, showing only a few scratches. The sole issue I've encountered is that it sparks when I plug in the charger.”

Thanks for this review and pointing out the sparking issue. It's recommended to plug the charger into the wheel first, before plugging into the outlet. This process drastically reduces the sparking, and hopefully will put your mind at ease. The average learning curve is 2-3 weeks, the machine is bound to take a tumble or twenty.

“Great customer service but I felt that there were times that I wasnt able To what I wanted, like I had to go buy from alien rides because they only were willing to sell me a battery option they preferred. I put na preorder in where the site said 2400 wh version and then when it changed to 40t only U made me pay a free on my refund when I never would have put the down payment if the 40t only was offered. Not knowing what version Chooch cut out on the extreme in our messages claiming it be the 50e.”

Sorry to hear about these issues, eWheels always champions battery safety and will always opt for the more powerful battery cells, if available. We've always preferred the 40Ts and have now begun to persuade the manufacturers to use the superior Samsung 50S. We've exchanged hundreds of emails, with our policies noted on our website. Hope we can change your mind on the next order.

Thanks so much for this review! We try our best to be as transparent as possible. We mainly ship with FedEx, and while they're not perfect, they've been the best option for us. We do everything we can to safely ship our goods, and in a timely manner.

“Over all the quality of service is exceptional and when I need help it’s usually somewhat easy to get in contact with ewheels team/Jason and the issue is resolved. My only gripe is seeing a pic on website that shows street tire portrayed on wheel. Double checking just to make sure the one I’m buying has a street tire by asking then it arrives with off-road tire… but there helping me get resolved so after I’m able to change it out then no complaints from me.”

“So far so good with both eWheels and my new Sherman S. My questions/concerns were always fully answered. At this point, eWheels will be my first choice on any future PEV purchases. Would have given 5 stars if not for the lack of "wrong container ship" communication.”

“Would give a 4.5 if I could. Bought a seat and fast charger for my V11. Both were in excellent condition and a good deal. Shipping was fast. The only issue was there was nothing in the box except the items. Would have been nice to have some kind of instructions for the charger. Experienced EUC owners might not need directions, but as a newbie, I wanted to make sure I didn't blow up my battery pack. EWheels will still be one of the top places I look to buy EUC items.”

“Ewheels was extremely easy to order with...the only hiccup was the container being held up at it's port of origin for a couple of weeks, but that's beyond Ewheels control. I'm about to inquire with Ewheels concerning excessive wobble (@ 15mph) on my recently purchased Sherman Max. “My ks14s arrived 2 days early! Ewheels gets an A+ The Amazon pay option took 3 tries, and my attempts to download the manual from kingsong failed, and it took hours, and many attempts to finally get my wheel registered. Amazon gets a C, and kingsong gets an F on their customer support, but an A on their product.”

“Jason and Ewheels is well known for excellent service. I have paid in full for my new S-22 wheel, but I have not received it yet and it has not even been sent. I am sure the delay is due to King Song and US Customs. These are unusual times and I am being unusually patient. I know Jason is doing everything possible to get the wheels out.- Gary Moore”
